Shipping Methods & Cost
Free Shipping: Enjoy free economy shipping (only contiguous US - lower 48) on most orders over $70, final shipping cost will reflect on checkout page.
Standard Shipping: Add $9.99 shipping and handling if order value is less than $70.
Expedite Shipping: Next OR Second day by air service to 48 contiguous United States. Call us (346) 490 9235 with order number to get rush order, additional shipping charges would apply.
Processing Time
In-stock Items: Mostly shipped same day if order placed before 2:00 PM central time (Monday-Friday, exclude holidays) otherwise next day.
Backorder Items: Call (346) 490 9235 OR write us info@aulvet.com to determine the processing time for backorder items.
Delivery Time
Economy Shipping: Upto 5-14 days.
Standard Shipping: Upto 1-5 Days.
Rush Orders: Next OR Second day by air service to 48 contiguous United States.

Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will only entertain exchanges for defective items. If you receive a defective item, must contact us within 3 days of receipt for further assistance.
