Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, damaged, or altered products.
- Items not purchased directly from AULVET (third-party purchases).
- Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@aulvet.com or (346) 490 9235 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package Your Return: Safely pack the items, including a copy of your original receipt and the RA number on the shipping label.
- Ship the Items: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Product's Shipping Charges
If a return is approved, the shipping charges for returning the product will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped after we receive and process the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items

Cancellations
